Rene Van Loggerenberg

About René

René is an Occupational Therapist with a special interest in Paediatrics and Sensory Integration.
 
She completed her degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Pretoria in 2005. René has worked at various private paediatric practices and remedial schools since then and completed her training in Ayres Sensory Integration ® in 2008. She is also a qualified Interactive Metronome provider, and has completed various other courses on additional treatment modalities and complimentary tools. 
 
René started SenseAble Kids as she has a passion for helping children reach their full potential, and she loves building trusting relationships with children and to see their confidence grow. In order to achieve this she also values the importance of working with the child’s parents and the rest of the multi-disciplinary team to complement the child’s therapy process.    
 
René is a mother to three children and she enjoys learning and adding to her experiences from her own children’s development.
